Job Description

• Local accounting with particular focus on passive cycle of 4 real estate services companies.
• Invoicing activities.
• Support in monitoring and preparation of payments.
• Support in monitoring outstanding account receivables and cash flows.
• Support in bank and other accounts reconciliations and controls.
• Support in preparation of monthly financial reporting under USGAAP.
• Support in administration activities and coordination with the external admin and tax provider
• Support in management control and analytical accounting.

Qualifications

• Economics and Accounting background.
• Proficient knowledge of English and Italian (written and spoken).
• Previous experience of 1-2 years in accounting.
• Knowledge of SAP Finance / S4Hana.
• Excellent knowledge of the office package, particularly Excel.
• Strong team player.
• Accuracy, precision and curiosity.
