About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled Chinese (Mandarin) Coordinator/ Interpreter to bridge the communication gap between our internal teams and Mandarin-speaking clients. You will be the linguistic bridge that ensures our projects, technical requirements, and business goals are understood perfectly across borders.


Key Responsibilities :

  • Live Interpretation: Provide seamless, real-time interpretation during client calls, high-stakes meetings, and presentations.
  • Bilingual Documentation: Coordinate business documents, company policies, and emails (both technical and non-technical) from Mandarin to English and vice versa.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all communications maintain linguistic clarity, cultural nuance, and technical accuracy.
  • Technical Liaison: Work closely with internal technical teams to resolve communication bottlenecks and facilitate smooth project workflows.
  • Data Security: Handle sensitive information and proprietary business data with the highest level of confidentiality.
  • Resource Development: Help create bilingual training materials and internal documentation to support cross-border collaboration.


Requirements :

  • Language Proficiency: Minimum 1-2 years of professional proficiency in Mandarin (Simplified/Traditional) 
  • Excellent communication in English.
  • Relevant Experience: Prior experience in a corporate interpretation role, preferably within a client-facing or tech environment.
  • Business Acumen: Deep understanding of professional terminology and the ability to convey complex meanings accurately.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional active listening, interpersonal skills, and a high degree of cultural intelligence.
  • Adaptability: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CAT tools or project management software is a plus.
