Responsibilities:

• Support delivery managers in tracking project requirements, backlogs, and timelines.
• Coordinate with technical and product teams to align on dependencies and delivery milestones.
• Assist in preparing solution rollout materials, enablement decks, and customer training content.
• Participate in planning sessions, sprint reviews, and cross-functional meetings with global teams.
• Capture and document customer feedback, risks, and lessons learned to improve future deliveries.
• Learn and apply Agile delivery practices and SaaS rollout methods to real-world projects.
• Own and manage assigned project delivery tasks end-to-end—driving timelines, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring successful execution.

Skills & Qualifications Required

• 0–2 years of experience (internships, academic projects, or industry training included), preferably with exposure to project coordination or project management tasks.
• Educational background in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of tasks and coordinate across stakeholders.
• A proactive, curious, and adaptable mindset; willingness to learn new tools and frameworks.
• Interest in enterprise software, project delivery, and customer success.
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms or Agile processes is a plus, but not required.
