• Support customers through their home loan journey via phone, email, and video.

• Field pre-qualified customer appointments booked for you, so you’re not wasting time on cold leads.

• Submit deals to our in-house processing team, who help manage the admin and keep applications moving.

• Access referral income beyond broking, including opportunities across buyer’s agents, conveyancing, and other integrated property services.

• Use AI-powered tools and smart automation designed to reduce admin, surface opportunities, and help you stay connected with customers throughout their journey.

Typical Aussie Home Loan Specialists submit 12+ deals per month, while top performers exceed a deal a day.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need to have followed a traditional broker path to succeed here. This opportunity could suit someone with experience in broking, banking, sales, lending, customer service, or a phone-based financial services role.

To thrive as an Aussie Home Loan Specialist, you’ll need:

• A Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking, or a willingness to obtain one before you start — we’ll support you through it.

• Sales, broking, lending, or customer service experience.

• A genuine passion for helping Australians achieve property ownership.

• Drive, motivation, integrity, and a desire to build a long-term career in the mortgage and property space.

• Unrestricted Australian working rights.
