Job Description

Our Aussie retail mortgage brokers are the go-to brokers in their communities. We currently have positions available in multiple stores in Hobart, so now is a fantastic time to come on board and make a difference in the lives of customers in your own local area.  

Working primarily from an Aussie retail store, you will: 

• Manage phone, online and walk-in enquiries 

• Assist leads provided to you by Aussie 

• Connect with your community to build your pipeline and referral networks  

• Provide lending advice to customers  

• Guide customers through the home loan application process  

Qualifications

• A Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking is required. If you don’t have a Cert IV, we will provide instruction on how to obtain it 

• Prior experience in mortgage broking or lending is advantageous, but full training is provided  

• A background in sales or customer service will help you achieve success in this role 

• A strong drive to build a successful mortgage broking business  

• An ability to provide exceptional customer experiences, and a desire to help Australians achieve their property dreams
