Key Responsibilities - Build-up and manage transformation programs, according to the company's strategy ; - Build-up and manage process efficiency with the fronters, to reach better quality of service. - Set up local governance for Projects portfolio management; - Coordinate requirements collection and change management for tools enhancements/corrections requests ; - Animate local committees to gather needs & development requests ; - Plan & follow up the activities, motivate and inspire team to successfully complete tasks ; - Build strong relationships, achieve buy-in of key stakeholders and influence others ; - Risk management: coordinate the issues to be solved and decisions to be taken ; - Ensure key deliverables are met, the projects finishes on time and budget ; - Apply continuous improvement in project methodology ; - Report at different levels (tactical/operational/board of directors) with timely and effective communication on opportunities, wins, financial impacts, KPIs, and concerns ; - Manage successful handoffs to business owners and project closing ; - All this activities will be performed with the support of a regional PMO team in charge of the strategic projects portfolio (coordination of projects & provide global vision and coherency between projects).

 

Missions

In the framework of Operations department, we are looking for a Transformation & Business Process Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for projects and change management. You will also support process mapping, gap analysis and actions plan to improve quality, efficiency and customers / partners satisfaction. The main contact points will be with Business all functions, IT, Marketing, control functions. Key the participation in international working group and steering committees. This position will be based in Dubai and will report directly to local Country Manager and functionally to MAR Chief Operations Officer. Transformation Office believes in creating an exciting work environment in which we can develop professional skills around leading change, inspiring teams and developing professional collaboration in an international environment. Team members from all backgrounds get together here to tackle complex strategic transformation projects. Experiences

Job Experience

  • Knowledge of Coface business 
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or process management
  • Knowledge of Coface products and processes is a plus

 

Competencies

Technical skills :

  • Knowledge of project & change management processes and tools (Waterfall, Agile Project Management tools)
  • Ability to anticipate risks, and manage mitigation with key stakeholders
  • Excellent level of English required
  • Previous experience in LEAN / Processes mapping and improvement
  • Easiness with data analysis and KPIs definition and monitoring

 

Soft skills

  • Process/IT Curiosity & ability to find out of the box solutions ;
  • Strong leadership capacity, ability to drive and positively influence the motivation and development of project teams, capacity to take responsibility, management of virtual teams

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar
