What You’ll Do

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment, including filter changes, coil cleaning, bearing lubrication, and belt replacement.
• Assist in diagnosing problems or failures in HVAC systems and communicate findings to the service manager.
• Communicate with your supervisor throughout the job to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in safe, working condition.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and workshops to support ongoing learning and development.
• Prepare service documentation, including repair notes and activity logs.
• Travel regularly to out-of-town assignments, including overnight stays.
• Support the team by performing other job-related duties as assigned to maintain smooth operations.

What You’ll Need to Be Successful

• General mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems and mechanical troubleshooting.
• EPA Certification (required).
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability and willingness to travel and stay overnight as needed.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
• Flexibility to work extended or irregular hours as required.
