Job Description

  • Hands-On Lab Work

    • Perform affinity chromatography and viral inactivation to support cell culture studies.
    • Conduct cell culture experiments from shake flasks to bioreactors.
    • Prepare solutions, submit samples, and calibrate lab equipment.
  • Project Ownership

    • Lead purification workflows and manage timelines and deliverables.
    • Analyze large datasets and draft technical reports to support studies.
  • Team Collaboration

    • Work closely with a small, innovative team to brainstorm and solve problems.
    • Coordinate with broader scientific teams to align lab activities.
  • Communication & Compliance

    • Present findings in cross-functional meetings.
    • Follow GxP standardsGHS policies, and lab protocols.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry, or Chemistry (required)
  • Hands-on lab experience with cell culture and/or purification techniques (academic research or internship experience counts!)
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. indefinitely without sponsorship 

Additional Information

  • Position is full-time, first-shift, Mon-Fri 8:00AM - 4:30PM
  • Pay range: $22.50 -$23.50 based on experience level
