Job Description

Responsibilities:                                                                        

1) Help to establish & improve the Clean room ICPMSMS & IC test procedure related to semiconductor industry, especially for wet chemicals, photoresists, precursors, high purity gases, silicon and silicon carbide wafers, AMC, etc.                                                                      

2) To be responsible for clean room ICPMSMS & IC analysis and arrangement of ICPMSMS & IC related work.                                                                            

3) Good at thinking and able to conduct corresponding ICPMSMS, and IC testing methods development for any material received in the laboratory.                                      

4) Train new employees in ICPMSMS & IC according to new employee training plans.                                                                           

5) To maintain good TAT and organize rush jobs or urgent jobs on weekends if required.                                                                       

6) To be responsible for keeping the lab clean.                                                                         

7) To maintain and follow the quality management system work.                                                                         

8) To do peer review for ICPMSMS & IC data.                                                                           

9) Maintain good teamwork in Purity Survey group.                                                                         

10) Responsible for the maintenance of ICPMSMS & IC, remind Manager for maintaining of necessary spare parts for instruments.                                                         

11) Provide assistance to Purity Survey Manager and company’s Quality Management Representative for Maintaining Quality records on regular basis and provide assistance during Internal and External audits.                                                                          

12) Any other duties the Employee may be instructed to carry out by the Employee's manager from time to time that are reasonably within the scope of the Employee’s job position and work capabilities             

Qualifications

1）Master or above degree in any major; Materials Science is preferred.                                                                     

2）Should have Prior Knowledge of Mass Spectroscopy Instruments                                                                

3）Be detail-oriented and careful.                                                                 

4）Be a multi-tasker and be self-motivated.                                                               

5）Have good interpersonal communication skills.                                                                   

6）Integrity, hard-working, can work under pressure, can accept Overtime, Shift and Weekend/Holiday work arrangements.                                                                     

7) Experience in semiconductor testing laboratory is preferred, and we particularly value whether they have experience in detecting trace metal and non-metal impurities in materials such as wet chemicals, photoresists, precursors, high purity gases, silicon and silicon carbide wafers, AMC, etc. related to semiconductor laboratories.
