Job Description

• Posizione: Junior Back Office Tecnico e Commerciale
• Business Unit: Eurofins Food Assurance 
• Location: Vimodrone, Italy
• Contract type: Full Time – Contratto da definire in base all’esperienza
• Reports to: Business Unit Manager

Per il potenziamento della nostra struttura, ricerchiamo una risorsa Junior da inserire nel team amministrativo come Back Office Tecnico Commerciale, a supporto delle attività legate ai servizi di consulenza e certificazione, per la gestione operativa degli ordini e delle anagrafiche.

Responsabilità:

• Inserimento e gestione degli ordini di servizi (consulenza, audit, certificazioni) all’interno del gestionale aziendale
• Creazione, aggiornamento e manutenzione di anagrafiche clienti, siti e servizi nel gestionale
• Supporto operativo alla forza commerciale nella fase post-vendita
• Interfaccia con i team tecnici, auditor e consulenti
• Verifica della correttezza dei dati contrattuali e dei requisiti del servizio
• Gestione e archiviazione della documentazione tecnica e commerciale
• Monitoraggio dello stato degli incarichi e supporto alle attività amministrative collegate

Qualifications

• Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office e dimestichezza con CRM e sistemi gestionali
• Precisione, affidabilità e forte attenzione al dettaglio
• Buone capacità organizzative e di gestione delle priorità
• Attitudine al lavoro trasversale con funzioni commerciali e tecniche
• Buona attitudine al lavoro in team
• Diploma di scuola secondaria di secondo livello
• Esperienza in ruoli di back office commerciale, assistente commerciale o back office tecnico saranno considerati un requisito preferenziale
