About this role
bbf: is one of the leading and fastest growing companies in the property market in Cyprus and Greece, offering its clients such services, as property sales, rentals, management, construction, and other related services.
Currently, bbf: is enlarging its internal staff, and we are looking for a Sales Manager to join the bbf: Design Division in our Luxury Furniture Shop & Distributor in Limassol.
Our ideal Candidate is a dynamic and customer-focused professional with a passion for interior design and an eye for aesthetics. This role is about providing an exceptional shopping experience — from welcoming customers to guiding them through furniture selections and design solutions tailored to their needs.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Provide a seamless and engaging shopping experience for customers.
- Meet & greet clients, ensuring a warm and professional introduction to the store.
- Consult on furniture & interior design selections, helping clients choose pieces that suit their space and style.
- Guide customers through the sales process, from inquiry to final purchase.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, including materials, finishes, and design trends.
- Support customers with after-sales service, ensuring satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
- Assist in arranging and displaying furniture and home décor items to maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom.
- Help with restocking shelves and keeping track of product availability.
Main Requirements:
- Proficiency in English and Russian is a must, with knowledge of Greek as a big plus.
- Proven experience in luxury retail, furniture sales, or interior design consultation is a helpful advantage.
- Hands-on sales and customer service skills, with the ability to build trust.
- Professional and stylish appearance to reflect the brand’s luxury identity.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
