Junior Legal Administrator

bbf: is one of the leading and fastest growing companies in the property market in Cyprus and Greece. We offer a wide range of services to our clients, including property sales, rentals, property management, construction, and other related services. At current, bbf: is expanding the internal team, and we are looking for a Junior Legal Administrator to join our Legal department in Limassol.

This role is essential to the administrative support. The successful Candidate will support the department in document management, software administration, and preparation of documentation, while gaining hands-on exposure to the operations of the development group. 

Main tasks:

• Provide administrative support in the legal department,
• Filing, organizing, and maintaining physical and electronic legal records,
• Scanning and archiving legal documents in accordance with internal procedures,
• Maintaining structured document management systems,
• Assisting with general departmental administration and correspondence,
• Assisting with Legal Department software tools (namely, SAP and Jira),
• Updating and maintaining records in internal systems,
• Drafting standard legal letters and basic correspondence,
• Assisting with preparation of preliminary agreements,
• Preparing documentation for submission to the Department of Lands and other authorities,
• Supporting the Legal team in ongoing transactions and projects

Requirements for the position:

• Previous experience in a legal or corporate administrative role will be considered an advantage,
• Familiarity with SAP, Jira, or other ERP/document management systems will be considered an advantage,
• Excellent organizational and time management skills,
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy,
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook),
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English
