What You’ll Do (The Big Picture)

As a key member of our electrical team, you’ll diagnose, repair, install, and maintain residential electrical systems while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You won’t just solve electrical problems—you’ll help homeowners make informed decisions that improve the safety, reliability, and efficiency of their homes.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Diagnose and repair residential electrical systems and components
• Install electrical panels, circuits, wiring, lighting, outlets, switches, and other electrical equipment
• Perform electrical inspections and identify code or safety concerns
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, management, and installation teams
• Educate customers on repair, upgrade, and replacement options
• Keep your company truck clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Accurately complete service documentation
• Participate in an on-call rotation
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
• Attend ongoing training to sharpen your skills and advance your career
• Maintain a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Follow all local, state, and national electrical codes and safety regulations
