Dans notre Bricomarché à taille humaine, le Chef de magasin est avant tout un leader de terrain.
Description du poste
Nous recherchons un(e) Chef de magasin impliqué(e) et très opérationnel(le) pour piloter notre Bricomarché.
Au-delà de la gestion et du management, vous êtes avant tout sur le terrain aux côtés de l' équipe : commerce, approvisionnement, merchandising, service client et organisation quotidienne du magasin.
Leadership, sens du commerce et esprit d'équipe sont indispensables pour réussir dans ce poste.
Qualifications
- Expérience confirmée dans la gestion d'un point de vente, idéalement dans le bricolage, la distribution spécialisée ou la grande distribution.
- Expérience réussie en management d'équipe.
- Forte présence terrain et capacité à participer aux opérations quotidiennes du magasin.
- Sens du commerce et de la satisfaction client.
- Aptitudes à l'organisation, à la prise de décision et à la résolution de problèmes.
- Formation de niveau Bac+2 à Bac+5, mais l'expérience terrain reste prioritaire.
