Après une période d’intégration et de formation aux méthodes de notre laboratoire, dans le respect de la tradition boulangère, vous préparez les produits du rayon Boulangerie, un des principaux vecteurs de l’image de qualité du magasin.
Principales missions :

- Production  et conditionnement  des produits du rayon

- Gestion des commandes, livraisons,stocks, inventaires...

- Organisation, élaboration et suivi des plannings de l'équipe

- Transmettre les consignes et plannings de production à son équipe

- Respecter et faire respecter les consignes de sécurité, qualité, hygiène et environnement
