Sounds great — what’s the role in a nutshell?

The Inside Sales Executive supports global B2B sales efforts by executing Aqua’s Inside Sales Calendar, coordinating trade communications, and ensuring high‑quality marketing and commercial content for travel partners. This role helps strengthen relationships with agencies, consortia, and global partners through precise coordination, excellent communication, and timely delivery of initiatives across all trade channels.


Your passion is:

Trade Communication & Inside Sales Execution

  • Execute the annual Inside Sales Calendar and support global trade initiatives.
  • Propose and coordinate engaging topics for trade newsletters and LinkedIn posts.
  • Collaborate with Marketing (Content & Creative teams) to develop accurate and compelling trade communications.
  • Coordinate distribution of communications through Zoho Campaigns and CRM tools.

Affiliations & Consortia Support

  • Maintain updated profiles in consortia and affiliations.
  • Share news, promotions, and incentives across partner platforms.
  • Coordinate dedicated campaigns, webinars, and other trade visibility opportunities.

Marketing & Commercial Content

  • Support the creation of marketing assets, translations, presentations, and sales materials.
  • Ensure accurate and high‑quality content aligned with brand standards.

Trade Shows & Events Coordination

  • Assist with logistics, registrations, booth coordination, and marketing materials for events.
  • Support exclusive client activities such as luncheons, dinners, and webinars.

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Upload contracts, engagement plans, and alerts in Zoho Projects.
  • Support monthly reports and Inside Sales metrics.
  • Participate in weekly and monthly calls with Sales, Reservations, Marketing, and other teams.
  • Engage with internal and external partners as needed.


What are we looking for?

  • Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience in marketing, commercial, or B2B roles within tourism/hospitality.
  • Excellent writing skills in English and Spanish.
  • Advanced English (mandatory).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail, multitasking ability, and comfort working with tight timelines.
  • Proactivity, creativity, and strong teamwork abilities.
  • Tech‑savvy and proficient with MS Office and CRM tools.
