Description du poste
Après une période d’intégration et de formation aux méthodes de notre laboratoire, dans le respect de la tradition boulangère, vous préparez les produits du rayon Boulangerie, un des principaux vecteurs de l’image de qualité du magasin.
Acteur du quotidien, vous serez le garant de la qualité de la production, et du renouvellement de l’offre produits au regard des tendances de consommations actuelles. Force de proposition, vous imaginez, créez et mettez en valeur notre offre produits.
Qualifications
Titulaire d’un CAP Boulangerie, Patisserie avec expérience en grande distribution ou dans l'artisanat serait un plus
