You love making someone’s day, whether it’s with a perfectly poured Old Fashioned or a great recommendation from the menu. You’ve got quick hands, a sharp eye, and a sixth sense for when someone needs a refill (or a friendly check-in). You treat every guest like they’re at your own house party — relaxed, welcomed, and never ignored.

The Job: Bartender a.k.a. Party Starter
You’ll be the first face guests see, the last goodbye they remember, and the one they’ll come back for. You’re responsible for creating a welcoming vibe for every guest at the bar. Mastering our craft cocktail program and pouring consistently every time. Keeping the bar spotless — wipe, shine, polish, repeat. Staying stocked and set for every shift: from fruit prep to beer taps. Knowing our beers, wines, and specials — and having fun talking about them. Reading the room with expert-level peripheral vision — spot the empty glasses, the confused tourists, and the friend who needs a water. Executing opening, mid, and closing duties like a total pro. Helping out servers, checking tabs, and stepping in when needed (you're a team player!). Maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary bar — no exceptions. Engaging bar guests with charm and quick service while keeping server drink tickets flowing.

What We’re Looking For:
Previous bartending experience preferred, but not required - we are willing to train the right person. Strong multitasking and communication skills. Knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktail recipes (or a quick study!). Dependable, professional, and upbeat attitude. Must be 21+ and certified to serve alcohol in ND. Willingness to learn, hustle, and have fun doing it. Must have some weekend and evening availability.
