About the Role
Our hosts set the tone the moment guests walk in! We’re looking for someone who is organized, friendly, and naturally upbeat — someone who likes staying busy, communicates well, and enjoys being part of a genuinely fun, supportive team! This role is ideal for someone who prefers hosting and isn’t looking to cross-train into serving. (Not a deal breaker, but we have the most hours for a host right now)
Responsibilities
Guest Experience
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, professional approach.
- Manage reservations, wait lists, and seating flow.
- Communicate accurate wait times.
- Keep the entryway and host stand clean and organized.
Team Support
- Package and hand off to-go and DoorDash orders.
- Run food when needed.
- Bus and reset tables quickly and consistently.
- Refill water and help with basic guest needs.
- Pitch in where needed to keep service moving smoothly.
Operations
- Monitor the dining room and rotate seating fairly.
- Communicate guest notes and timing updates to servers and managers.
- Stay productive during slower periods by cleaning, stocking, or organizing.
