Description du poste
Garantir la bonne tenue du rayon Fruits & Légumes (présentation, propreté, qualité).
GĂ©rer les commandes, stocks et approvisionnements.
Assurer le rangement et la bonne gestion des contenants.
Mettre en place les opérations commerciales et saisonnières.
Manager et accompagner l’équipe du rayon.
Veiller à la satisfaction client et à la fraîcheur des produits.
Qualifications
Expérience en gestion de rayon Fruits & Légumes ou en grande distribution.
Sens de l’organisation, autonomie et rigueur.
Goût du commerce et du contact client.
Capacité à manager une petite équipe.
