Crown Infrastructure Delivery (CID) is seeking Project Managers at intermediate and senior levels to join our Programme Delivery team in Wellington.

CID is a Crown‑owned company delivering complex infrastructure and property projects across Aotearoa. We partner with government agencies to manage procurement, design and delivery—ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, on budget, and with lasting value.

About the Role
- As a Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering infrastructure projects across their lifecycle. Depending on your experience, you’ll take on increasing responsibility for leading projects and stakeholders.
- Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead end‑to‑end project delivery from planning through to construction and close‑out
- Manage or contribute to project controls, including schedule, risk, and budget
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
- Contribute to business cases and investment decision‑making
- Coordinate project teams and ensure effective governance and reporting
- Deliver projects aligned with CID standards, values and NZ guidelines
- Senior candidates will take greater ownership of complex projects and stakeholder environments, with accountability for delivery outcomes.
What You’ll Bring

- Experience in infrastructure, construction or property project delivery
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results
- Clear and confident communication skills
- A relevant qualification or experience in project management
You may bring:
- Developing experience supporting projects (intermediate level), or
- Proven experience leading complex projects and programmes (senior level)
