About the Role
- As an Assistant Project Manager, you’ll work closely with Clients, Programme Delivery, and the Project Support Office (PSO) teams to support the successful delivery of infrastructure projects across their lifecycle.
- Your responsibilities primarily relate to supporting the wider project team and will include:
- Supporting project delivery and documentation
- Assisting with contracts, change control and business cases
- Managing risks, issues and stakeholder communications
- Ensuring health and safety compliance
- Providing high-quality administrative and project support.
What You’ll Bring
We are looking for someone who is motivated, organised, and eager to learn, with:

- A project management qualification (or working towards one)
- Experience in construction or project environments
- Familiarity with NZS 3910 and NZS 3916 contracts
- Strong stakeholder engagement and analytical skills
- Confidence using project management tools
