- La préparation du bilan en collaboration avec l’expert-comptable (comptabilité générale, analytique jusqu’à la préparation du bilan) ;
- Le suivi de la trésorerie du point de vente ;
- La gestion administrative des ressources humaines (administration du personnel, intégration, paie, préparation de la DSN etc.)
- Rapprochements bancaires
- Saisie des factures
- Règlement fournisseurs
- Rapprochement BL/Factures
- Saisie des tickets resto
- Traitement de la paie de A à Z
- Suivi compte clients
- Logiciel utilisé : GADM et Pégase
Qualifications
De formation BAC+2 en comptabilité, vous présentez une expérience de 3 ans minimum en qualité de comptable.
Vous êtes reconnu pour votre sens de la confidentialité, votre organisation, votre rigueur et votre autonomie. Vous maitrisez les techniques comptables et de paie et vous savez mettre à jour vos connaissances. Vous êtes à l’aise avec les différents outils informatiques.
