Job Description

The Opportunity 

Join Deloitte’s Nordic Sales Excellence team as a Sales Coach & Facilitator and shape the future of how we engage with clients. You’ll be a strategic business partner in shaping sales initiatives, designing immersive client experiences, and coaching high-performing teams in sales planning and execution. Through these labs and initiatives, the goal is to help the business drive pipeline growth, deal size growth and strengthening relationships with key decision makers. 

This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives at the intersection of sales strategy and coaching, facilitation excellence, and client impact. 

What You’ll Do 

Coach & Facilitate – Prepare and lead client labs, workshops, and strategic sessions with the purpose of driving real business outcomes and enable conditions to pursue the right bets  
Build Capabilities – Establish best practices in sales planning and pipeline management; mentor teams to excellence 
Drive Innovation – Create bespoke, dynamic experiences that transform how clients engage with Deloitte 
Lead Stakeholder Engagement – Rapidly connect with leadership and delivery teams to orchestrate  seamless, client-centric experiences to increase client intimacy with client c-suite stakeholders and drive pipeline growth. 

Qualifications

Your Profile 

We’re looking for someone with: 

  • Exceptional facilitation and presentation skills. Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
  • Curious about the latest news and developments across industries and geographies 
  • Experience working in the professional services industry – you understand the consulting business and have an ability to quickly create an internal network and understand how to activate the capabilities available within the firm 
  • Creative mindset – you have experience in designing compelling client lab experiences 
  • Commercial fluency and business acumen 
  • Leadership presence – you are a strong project leader, you inspire teams, set clear expectations, and embody our values 
  • Passion for excellence – you stay ahead of industry trends and continuously elevate your craft 

Your professional experience 

  • Academic degree 
  • 7+ years experience with sales coaching and facilitation  
  • Experience with national and/or global professional services organisations 
  • Experience working, collaborating, and building consensus with stakeholders at executive levels, as well as management/middle management stakeholders 
  • Experience in leading and facilitating strategic client discussions  
  • Proven ability to address and resolve conflict
