Job Description

We are seeking an experienced person with a strong background in optimising efficiency, reducing costs, and increasing sales across various industries within the area of service excellence. The ideal candidate has a strong focus on driving AI initiatives within service and is eager to continue developing this area.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement strategies at our clients to maximize efficiency, cost savings and drive sales within service.
  • Develop and lead AI-driven projects within service to improve customer and employee experience, and increase sales.
  • Manage and drive both large transformations and smaller projects within business processes and technological implementations.

Qualifications

  • On top of core consulting skills (leadership, sales, networking)
  • Strong understanding and experience working with Salesforce  
  • Extensive experience working with service excellence across multiple industries: Key requirement to understand the shift in service that is currently ongoing and to support our clients making that shift.
  • Proven experience in developing and driving AI initiatives within service.
  • Strong background in business processes and technological implementation, focusing on large transformations and the ability to manage smaller projects.
