Deloitte is looking for talented and experienced professionals to join our SAP-team in Sweden. We are growing in the supply chain area and are looking for a SAP Supply Chain professional and/or SAP Procurement professional who has an appetite for delivering sustainable, business-driven projects and being excited to co-operate with the largest companies and well-known brands. You enjoy engaging with clients to understand their requirements and find solution options for key challenges in the supply chain area (e.g S2P, SD, WM, IBP, GTS) providing subject matter expertise with a good awareness of SAP and associated technologies within the process area.

Qualifications

Your most important attributes we’d like to see are:

• Experience of SAP consulting / SAP SME / Stream lead / Project Manager roles in transformation projects, being the expert of one or several SAP process areas such as MM, SD, WM, IBP, GTS.
• A good understanding of end-to-end business processes, SAP best practices, and latest industry trends.
• A good understanding of the SAP product roadmap and experience of SAP S/4HANA and other SAP technologies.
• A deep understanding of various phases of project lifecycle (prepare, explore, realize, deploy) and a good understanding of S/4HANA product roadmap and knowledge of relevant delivery methods for SAP (waterfall, hybrid agile, agile)
• Have a team player attitude and hunger to develop new professional skills.
• Understanding of the SAP cloud offerings -RISE and GROW

Additionally, to ensure smooth start and succeeding in the role, it is required from the applicant to:

• Hold a master’s degree or similar relevant educational background with 5-10 years of relevant SAP experience - preferably across multiple industries. Also, a background with at least some experience in leading and/or coordinating your own stream.
• Broad SAP functional and technical expertise in your own process area with a good understanding of integrations between SAP modules and other applications
• Have previous consulting, project delivery and sales/pre-sales experience working with multiple large clients both with business and IT stakeholders.
• Ability to conceptualize and communicate complex topics in a clear and understandable manner.
• Be fluent in both written and spoken English with excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in Swedish language seen as a strong advantage.
