As part of our continued growth in environmental and sustainability services, we are strengthening our capabilities to support Environmental, Social and Health Impact Assessments (ESHIA) and related technical studies across hydropower and infrastructure projects.

We are currently seeking a motivated and technically strong professional to join our team as an Environmental Engineer & Sustainability Expert, contributing to environmental assessments, sustainability analysis, and multidisciplinary project delivery in an international environment.

Job Description

• Support the preparation of Environmental, Social and Health Impact Assessments (ESHIA/ESIA) for hydropower and infrastructure projects.
• Conduct technical assessments including water quality, air quality, noise, dust, and carbon footprint analysis.
• Contribute to sustainability-related studies such as Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and ecological footprint analysis.
• Perform analytical calculations and support the use of simulation tools for environmental impact assessments.
• Prepare, review, and edit high-quality technical reports in English.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across international projects.
• Support stakeholder engagement and coordination with local authorities where required.
• Ensure compliance with international E&S standards (IFC, ADB, Equator Principles).
• Participate in regional and international project assignments as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (MSc/PhD preferred) in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong academic background in sustainability, such as LCA, ecological footprint, or water/wastewater treatment.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in ESHIA/ESIA preparation.
• Familiarity with environmental impact assessments (water, air, noise, carbon).
• Strong interest in hydropower and environmental sustainability projects.
• Experience with hydropower projects is an advantage.
• Knowledge of international E&S standards (IFC, ADB, Equator Principles).
• Strong analytical skills and willingness to develop expertise in simulation tools.
• Excellent written and spoken Thai and English.
• Strong teamwork, problem-solving mindset, and collaborative attitude.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
