  • Revisar os projetos
  • Inspecionar o andamento das obras 
  • Acompanhar a execução de estruturas e instalações de arquitetura
  • Verificar se a equipe de construção está trabalhando dentro dos padrões de qualidade e segurança especificados
  • Definir objetivos, escopo, cronograma e recursos necessários para a fiscalização
  • Compreender os aspectos técnicos da obra para identificar possíveis problemas
  • Manter registros precisos de todas as etapas, desde aprovações até relatórios de inspeção
  • Verificar projetos, identificar desvios e propor soluções corretivas
  • Contribuir diretamente para o sucesso de empreendimentos construtivos seguros e de alta qualidade
  • Certificar e validar de forma qualitativa as atividades realizadas em campo, garantindo a conformidade dos processos executivos, conforme engenharia detalhada.

Qualificações

Graduado em Arquitetura
Conhecimento em Pacote office (Excel Avançado), Conhecimentos de CAD, Project.
Inglês avançado/fluente
