Job Description

  • Performing conceptual & FEED engineering documents of subsea pipelines and risers, develoing Pipeline Design Basis (BoD)
  • Developing Specification for Line Pipe, Line Pipe Anti-Corrosion Coating, Field joint coating & Offshore Pipeline Bracelet Anode, Hot Induction bend, Barred Tee & Offshore pig launcher.
  • Generating MTO for Subsea Pipeline & Offshore & Onshore Pipeline Corrosion Protection and AC Mitigation Systems.
  • Preparing report for Subsea End expansion analysis, buckling analysis & free span analysis.
  • Preparing Subsea Pipeline On-bottom Roughness Analysis Report, Installation Study Report & Pipeline-Spool Flexibility Analysis Report.
  • Devlop/Review Subsea Pipeline Route Drawing, Subsea Pipeline Alignment Sheet drawing, Tie-in detail drawings  & Shore Approach Drawings.
  • Preparing overall route layout drawing & Route selection reports
  • Carry out wall thickness design, on-bottom stability report, spanning, buckling, and hydrodynamic analyses.
  • Develop route selection studies, pipeline material specifications, and coating/corrosion protection requirements.
  • Review engineering deliverables such as drawings, datasheets, and calculation reports.
  • Participate & contribute risk assessments like HAZID, HAZOP, and ensure design complies with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Monitor and provide engineering oversight of third-party engineering contractors and service providers to various Business Units

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Ocean, or Offshore Engineering.
  • 10–12 years of experience in subsea pipeline design & engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of international codes and standards (DNV, API, ISO, ASME).
  • Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., OrcaFlex, OFFPIPE, Caesar II) Experience with Finite Element Method and proficiency in FEA software like Abaqus or Ansys is advantageou
  • Familiarity with pipeline construction vessels, subsea equipment, and offshore operations.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with ability to work in a multicultural, cross-disciplinary team.

Additional Information

We appreciate if you have

  • Experience of working with LNG projects.
  • SEA project experience and knowledge of LNG design standards is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of ArcGIS and similar GIS software.
  • Experience of Autodesk Navisworks.
  • Bentley ProjectWise.
  • High degree of self-motivation and ability to motivate others.
  • Careful and responsible. Understand the concept of working in a team.
