Descrição da vaga

 Reportando-se diretamente ao Gerente de Planejamento, o profissional será responsável por apoiar as atividades de elaboração, manutenção e atualização dos cronogramas e lista de entregáveis dos projetos na fase de engenharia. Atuará na consolidação, acompanhamento e divulgação das programações e dos avanços dos projetos, com ênfase na comunicação em inglês.

Entre suas principais atribuições estão:

  • Preparar e manter relatórios técnicos e de controle com foco em apoiar os processos internos da área de planejamento;
  • Garantir a integridade e atualização das informações nos sistemas utilizados;
  • Interagir com equipes multidisciplinares, assegurando alinhamento entre áreas envolvidas e cronogramas estabelecidos.

Qualificações

Requisitos:

  • Inglês fluente (comunicação oral e escrita) - Obrigatório;
  • Ensino Superior em andamento (Engenharias, Administração ou TI) - Obrigatório;
  • Experiência prévia em planejamento de projetos de engenharia -  Desejável
  • Domínio de ferramentas de planejamento (Power BI, Excel e MS Project) - Desejável
