Job Description
We are looking for aΒ Field Support TechnicianΒ to join the technical support team of one of our clients in Lisboa. This professional will be responsible for providing on-site technical assistance, troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance, ensuring the smooth operation of systems.

Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site technical support to users and equipment;
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues;
- Install, configure, and maintain devices and peripherals;
- Ensure systems are updated and functioning according to company policies;
- Collaborate with remote teams to resolve complex incidents.
Qualifications
- Training in Information Technology or related field;
- 1β2 years of experience in technical support roles;
- Solid knowledge of hardware, operating systems, and networks;
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills;
- Good communication and customer-oriented approach;
- Certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, ITIL) are a plus.
