Professional Scrum Master
(PSM I / PSM II / PSM III)

Conocimientos Requeridos
Ejecución y facilitación del marco Scrum y
sus ceremonias.
• Promoción de buenas prácticas ágiles y
ambientes colaborativos.
• Gestión y eliminación de impedimentos del
equipo.
• Apoyo al Product Owner en la gestión y
priorización del backlog.
• Impulso de mejora continua mediante
métricas ágiles.
• Fomento de comunicación efectiva entre
equipo y stakeholders.
• Soporte en la adopción de marcos ágiles
escalados según necesidad.
• Manejo de Jira
