Description du poste

Dans le cadre du renforcement de notre practice Workday, nous recherchons un(e) Consultant(e) Workday prêt(e) à transformer l’expérience de nos clients avec une expertise solide sur l'un des modules suivants : Core HR, Talent & Performance Management, Absence, Time and Attendance, Learning Management, Compensation et Advanced Compensation, Adaptive Planning, Prism & Reporting, Peakon.

Qualifications

  • Précédente exposition aux environnements SIRH, idéalement sur des projets Workday.
  • Connaissance d’un ou plusieurs modules Workday (ex. Core HR, Talent, Compensation, Time, Learning, Reporting…).
  • Expérience en gestion de projet ou contribution active à un projet SIRH.
  • Capacité à produire des livrables, structurer une démarche et être force de proposition.
  • Très bon niveau de communication et capacité à travailler avec des interlocuteurs variés.
  • Anglais courant (projets internationaux).
  • Intérêt marqué pour le conseil, les RH et les solutions SIRH en mode SaaS.
  • Envie de s’investir dans une structure dynamique et en croissance.
