Description du poste
- Assurer le maintien en condition opérationnelle (MCO) de la plateforme Cloud Azure
- Traiter les incidents, demandes et problèmes via l’outil ITSM
- Mettre en place, maintenir et tester les plans de sauvegarde
- Garantir le patching des machines et services managés de la plateforme
- Déployer et optimiser l’alerting et la supervision dans le respect des standards
- Mettre en œuvre un reporting FinOps et proposer des axes d’optimisation des coûts
- Participer activement aux rituels DevOps (daily, sprint, rétrospectives, etc.)
- Déployer les nouvelles versions applicatives via des pipelines CI/CD
- Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des processus, de l’automatisation et de la documentation
- Participer aux astreintes 24/7 afin d’assurer la continuité de service
Qualifications
- Cloud : Microsoft Azure
- Exploitation / Run : MCO, supervision, sauvegarde, patching
- Automatisation / IaC : Terraform
- CI/CD : Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions
- ITSM : Gestion des incidents, changements et problèmes (ITIL)
- FinOps : Suivi des coûts, optimisation et reporting
- Méthodologies : DevOps, Agile

- Formation supérieure Bac +5 en informatique
- 5 ans d’expérience minimum sur des environnements Cloud Azure à forte criticité
- Forte capacité à prendre des décisions et à gérer des environnements exigeants
- Sens des responsabilités, autonomie et rigueur
- Bon relationnel et esprit d’équipe
- Capacité à évoluer dans un contexte nécessitant disponibilité, réactivité et continuité de service
