Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of handcrafted beverages, including boba teas, specialty drinks, and seasonal offerings.
- Maintain high standards of drink quality, consistency, and presentation.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service.
- Take orders efficiently and operate the POS system accurately.
- Assist with daily store operations, including stocking ingredients, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment and assist with promotional events or new product launches as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service, coffee, or boba industry is a plus but not required—training will be provided.
- Strong customer service skills with a positive and team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
