工作介绍
门店负责人是推动门店高效运转的核心角色。你将带领团队落实总部标准，优化运营流程，提升顾客体验，并确保门店在活力与高标准中持续成长。
岗位职责
- 全面参与门店日常运营（点单、饮品、后厨、清洁等），带动团队高效协作
- 推进培训、流程与标准的落实，确保门店高效运转
- 主导新品测试、流程优化、团队培训等项目落地
- 与总部营运部、培训组、稽核组、人力资源部紧密协作
- 培养并选拔下一位店长，推动团队持续成长
- 每周保证不少于 40 小时在门店现场工作
发展与晋升
- 在入职后 3 个月内完成晋升标准考核，即可转任门店负责人
- 门店顺利完成标准化可留店转为店长
- 参与其他门店负责人工作，或新店开业及核心项目推进
- 晋升到总部运营、营运、培训或稽核等管理岗位
薪资福利
- 固定月薪 $6000（非时薪）
- 班次奖金 + 负责人奖金 + 小费分成
- 门店利润分成（具体面议）
岗位要求
- 具备较强的执行力、团队管理能力与沟通协调能力
- 能适应快节奏工作环境，并灵活安排工作时间（包含夜班、周末及节假日）
- 有餐饮、咖啡、奶茶或零售管理经验者优先
- 积极主动，愿意与公司共同成长
