Desired profile: 
- Proven experience with Java 8 or higher (eliminatory factor)
- Solid knowledge of REST API development

Differential factors:
- Experience with Message Brokers (e.g. RabbitMQ)
- Knowledge of Reactive programming (e.g. Quarkus.io, Vertx)
- Knowledge of microservices and event-driven architecture
- Knowledge of JBOSS/EJB3/JPA/Hibernate
