Job Description
- Support daily accounting operations (AP, AR, GL entries)
- Assist with document filing and data entry
- Help with invoice checking, payment processing, and petty cash handling
- Support month-end closing activities as required
- Coordinate with other departments for financial document flow
- Provide general administrative support to the Finance team
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and team player
- Ability to speak, read, and write in Thai is required
- Hotel industry experience is an advantage but not mandatory
