Notre brigade cherche un nouveau Talent qui soit créatif, passionné par le métier et surtout motivé !
Notre clientèle ? Des sociétés environnantes et nos séminaires le midi. Le soir, une clientèle hébergée majoritairement business en semaine mais aussi des touristes le week-end et pendant les vacances.
Description du poste
Chez nous le quotidien c'est quoi ? Rien de compliqué :
- Mise en place des différents plats proposés au restaurant,
- Service midi et soir,
- Eviter de se couper les doigts (surtout avec la mandoline !),
- Hygiène avant, pendant et après le service,
- Suivi des stocks,
- Faire vivre la cohésion d'équipe avec tous les services. (Chez nous, on est tous dans le même bateau !)
Qualifications
- Expérience en cuisine obligatoire,
- Créativité, motivation, conscience professionnelle ne sont pas en option,
- Maîtrise des modes de cuisson,
- Connaissance de l'hygiène et des normes HACCP.
