Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager / Account Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management, content creation. Experience in the restaurant and hospitality sector is highly preferred. The candidate will be responsible for managing social media accounts, developing social media strategies, creating engaging content, coordinating influencer campaigns, and supporting paid advertising efforts to achieve marketing objectives.
 

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Manage and oversee social media accounts across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, X, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
  • Develop and execute monthly content calendars aligned with client objectives.
  • Monitor account performance and community engagement.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports and insights with recommendations.

 

Content Creation, Photography & Video Production

  • Create content strategies and detailed content plans for brands.
  • Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality photography and reels (short-form videos) for social media platforms.
  • Capture professional food, beverage, and lifestyle photography for restaurants and hospitality clients.
  • Design social media creatives using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
  • Edit and optimize reels, short videos, and social media content for maximum engagement.
  • Write engaging captions and marketing copy in Arabic and/or English.

Restaurant & Hospitality Experience (Preferred)

  • Prior experience working with restaurants, cafes, or hospitality brands.
  • Strong understanding of food presentation, menu storytelling, and customer experience marketing.
  • Ability to create visually compelling content tailored to F&B audiences.
  • Knowledge of seasonal promotions, dine-in campaigns, and delivery platform marketing.

Account Management

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Present content plans, reports, and campaign results.
  • Ensure timely delivery of all projects and marketing activities.

Influencer Marketing

  • Identify and collaborate with influencers and food content creators.
  • Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns, especially for restaurants and F&B brands.
  • Negotiate collaborations and monitor campaign performance.
  • Track influencer deliverables and ROI.

Paid Advertising Support

  • Assist in planning and managing paid advertising campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide optimization recommendations.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to achieve campaign KPIs.

Market Research

  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry updates, especially in F&B sector.
  • Identify new content opportunities and platform features.
  • Suggest innovative ideas to improve engagement and brand awareness.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, or Account Management.
  • Strong experience in restaurant or hospitality marketing is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content trends.
  • Proven ability in creating reels and professional photography for social media.
  • Experience in graphic design and video editing.
  • Strong skills in food photography and restaurant content creation.
  • Experience in influencer marketing and campaign coordination.
  • Understanding of paid advertising platforms (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, Google Ads).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and client management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
  • Arabic and English language proficiency preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a marketing agency.
  • Strong portfolio in F&B (Food & Beverage) content creation.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and digital analytics.
  • Experience using social media scheduling and reporting tools.
