Job Description

What you'll be doing:

  • Complete a daily Houseperson checklist and respond to guest requests 
  • Ensure that all areas of the resort are maintained and cleaned to a high standard 
  • Communicate with clarity and care, with guests and your team
  • Work collaboratively with all teams and departments 
  • Keep a well-stocked inventory of all amenities and housekeeping equipment
  • Work together with housekeeping and front office to ensure all requests are fulfilled 
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in all guest rooms and housekeeping areas  

Qualifications

What you will bring to the role: 

  • High-energy and efficiency at completing a housekeeping tasks
  • Experience as a house-person or housekeeper with inventory responsibilities 
  • Availability across all days of the week between 8am - 9pm 
  • Able to safely drive a golf buggy vehicle (highly regarded, training will be provided) 
  • Good Communication skills
  • A positive teamwork mindset 
  • Physical fitness is essential & Able to comfortably lift 10kg 
  • Exceptional attention to detail & organisation skills
  • Commitment to delivering heartfelt hospitality experiences to guests
