Job Description

As Group & Banquet Sales Executive at Ibis Istanbul Tuzla Hotel, you will be responsible for managing the sales and operational processes of group bookings and banquet events. You will create new business opportunities by communicating with corporate clients, develop the existing client portfolio, and achieve sales targets. You will ensure that meetings, events, and organizations are planned and executed in accordance with Accor standards. You will also support the implementation of revenue-generating sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree in Tourism and Hotel Management or related fields,
• Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel sales or a similar role,
• Preferably experienced within Accor Group or other international hotel chains,
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken,
• Knowledge of Accor brand standards and guest satisfaction-focused service approach,
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills,
• Dynamic, positive, and team-oriented personality,
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work under pressure,
• Excellent communication and strong persuasion skills,
• Ability to develop and execute sales strategies and achieve targets.
