Job Description

As the face of the hotel, you will deliver exceptional guest experiences across Front Office, Concierge, Guest Relations, Driveway, and at times Food & Beverage operations. This dynamic role involves welcoming and assisting guests, managing arrivals and departures, handling guest requests, coordinating with multiple departments, promoting hotel services, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to outstanding hospitality. The successful candidate will be service-focused, highly organised, and passionate about creating memorable experiences while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and guest care.

Qualifications

Previous experience working in a luxury environment is advantageous.

A passionate for interacting with people and a desire to go above and beyond to assist our guests.

A full drivers license is a key requirement for the position.
