Job Description

  • Lead and inspire our Food & Beverage and Culinary teams of Novotel and ibis Styles Manila Araneta City to deliver outstanding service and memorable experiences
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic management of restaurants, bars, banquets and other outlets
  • Ensure high standards of quality, safety and hygiene across all Food and Beverage & Culinary operations
  • Collaborate with the culinary teams to create innovative menus and promote culinary excellence
  • Manage budgets, analyze financial reports and implement initiatives to optimize profitability
  • Foster a positive, motivated and guest focused work environment

 

Qualifications

  • Degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • With at least 8–10 years of progressive Food & Beverage leadership experience in luxury or upscale hotels
  • With previous experience in the same capacity or Executive Assistant Manager - Food and Beverage
  • With knowledge of restaurant operations, banquet management, culinary operations and beverage programs
  • Strong understanding of HACCP, food safety, and hospitality regulations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
