Job Description
Passionate about guest interaction, food and beverage? As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will lead your team to create unforgettable Food & Beverage experiences for our guests.
As our next Food & Beverage Supervisor, you…
- Provide guidance and support to the Food and Beverage team, helping them to achieve their potential and accomplish overall departmental objectives.
- Are responsible for ensuring the Food & Beverage outlet/s run efficiently and that customers are satisfied with the quality of food, drink and service they receive.
- Give attention to detail, ensuring that that the work environment is a safe, pleasant and well-maintained space.
- Are involved in daily financial administrative tasks, stock management and end of month reporting.
- Assist in leading, mentoring and training the Food & Beverage Operations team
- Supervise and delegate duties; Ensure brand standards are maintained
- Liaise with kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal.
Qualifications
- Service focused personality is essential and a passion for everything food and beverage
- Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with guests and team members
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
