The Role: Director of AI & Digital Workforce Management 

We are seeking a hands-on, highly technical orchestrator to operationalize our AI and agentic digital workforce strategy (BPX-OS). Reporting directly to the COO, this is an execution-focused role for a "hungry" technologist who thrives on building practical business solutions rather than just theoretical roadmaps.  

Key Strategic Focus Areas: 

• Agentic Deployment: Define and deploy persona-led AI agents that automate internal workflows across marketing, growth, engineering, and PMO.  

• System Integration: Hands-on orchestration of agents accessing OneDrive, Teams, Outlook, and calendars to drive measurable efficiency gains.  

• Ecosystem Management: Manage strategic relationships with AI technology partners (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini) and activate these partnerships to deliver internal value.  

• Adoption Leadership: Balance technical build with organizational change, driving 100% adoption of AI tools across our global team.  

Ideal Background: 

• Technical Builder: Seasoned expert in digital transformation or automation, with deep, hands-on experience implementing AI or agentic workflows.  

• Platform Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini frameworks.  

• Execution Mindset: Highly organized with project management capabilities; you prefer "doing" over "delegating."  

• Integration Expert: Proven experience connecting AI tools with enterprise business systems via APIs and scripting.

Anticipated Salary Range: 

The anticipated pay range for this role is $125,000 to $175,000 annual base salary. In addition, this position is also eligible for the following benefits:
