Job Description

• Work with the management to develop and regularly update the bar’s beverage menu to reflect current trends and guest preferences.
• Introduce innovative cocktails and ensure a balance of creativity and operational efficiency.
• Source and recommend premium ingredients, spirits, and tools to elevate the bar program.
• Follow up and comply with the level on the Quality of Service, TrustYou, Employee Satisfaction (EES), Operating Equipment, Grooming Standard, and LQA standards requirements.
• Implement and monitor HACCP protocols to ensure food safety, hygiene, and proper storage of beverages and ingredients.
• Train the mixologists and provide coaching to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Foster a collaborative and engaging work environment that motivates the team to achieve their best.
• Monitor beverage cost control, inventory levels, and stock rotation to optimize profitability.
• Act as the bar’s ambassador by engaging with guests to gather feedback and tailor experiences.
• Ensure the bar team delivers personalized service that exceeds guest expectations.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally to maintain satisfaction.
• Ensure the bar meets all health and safety standards during internal and external audits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Mixologist or Bar Manager, preferably in a luxury hotel or high-end establishment.
• Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and other beverages.

• Strong understanding of LQA standards and HACCP principles.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain high attention to detail.
