Job Description

At FAENA The Red Sea, we create immersive and memorable experiences for guests of all ages through creativity, connection, and exceptional hospitality. We are currently seeking an energetic and passionate Kids/Youth Club Entertainer to join our recreation and entertainment team. This role is responsible for delivering engaging, safe, and inspiring activities for children and teenagers while creating unforgettable experiences for families in line with FAENA’s luxury hospitality and Forbes standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organise, and lead engaging activities for children and teenagers, including games, arts and crafts, workshops, themed experiences, and recreational activities.
• Ensure the safety, well-being, and supervision of all children and young guests at all times.
• Create a welcoming, inclusive, and fun environment that encourages creativity, confidence, and social interaction.
• Encourage participation and engagement through interactive and age-appropriate activities.
• Prepare activity spaces, equipment, materials, and supplies before and after each session.
• Adapt activities to suit varying age groups, interests, and abilities while maintaining high engagement levels.
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and safety standards across all Kids and Youth Club facilities.
• Build positive relationships with children, teenagers, and parents through professional and friendly communication.
• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding activities, schedules, and guest participation.
• Support seasonal events, entertainment programmes, and resort activations as required.
• Handle minor behavioural concerns calmly, professionally, and respectfully.
• Collaborate closely with the recreation and entertainment teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Ensure compliance with all child safety, health, hygiene, and operational procedures.
• Uphold FAENA grooming, presentation, and luxury hospitality standards at all times.
• Ensure full compliance with Forbes standards, maintaining exceptional guest engagement, service quality, attention to detail, and operational excellence at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children or teenagers within hospitality, recreation, education, entertainment, or childcare environments preferred.
• Energetic, creative, and enthusiastic personality with a passion for guest engagement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with children, teenagers, and families.
• Ability to lead activities confidently in a fun and professional manner.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Basic knowledge of child safety and recreational activity supervision.
• First aid or child care certifications are advantageous.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Professional grooming and presentation aligned with luxury hospitality standards.
• Experience working within a Forbes standard hotel or luxury resort environment is highly advantageous.
• Fluent English communication skills required; additional languages are considered an advantage.
