Job Description

At Pullman Sydney Olympic Park, we are seeking a professional, guest-focused Executive Lounge Host to join our team.

This role is responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service in the Executive Lounge while creating a personalised, memorable guest experience.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Deliver friendly and professional food and beverage service to all guests
  • Provide personalised service to VIP and regular guests
  • Prepare and maintain the Executive Lounge for daily service
  • Liaise with guests and the kitchen team to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards across all service areas
  • Assist with stock control and daily reconciliation procedures
  • Ensure compliance with RSA requirements and hotel policies

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum one year of experience in a similar Executive Lounge or five-star hotel restaurant environment
  • A passion for guest service and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A current RSA certification
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
  • Demonstrate pride in presentation
  • Have full working rights in Australia
