Job Description
At Pullman Sydney Olympic Park, we are seeking a professional, guest-focused Executive Lounge Host to join our team.
This role is responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service in the Executive Lounge while creating a personalised, memorable guest experience.
What you’ll be doing:
- Deliver friendly and professional food and beverage service to all guests
- Provide personalised service to VIP and regular guests
- Prepare and maintain the Executive Lounge for daily service
- Liaise with guests and the kitchen team to ensure smooth service delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards across all service areas
- Assist with stock control and daily reconciliation procedures
- Ensure compliance with RSA requirements and hotel policies
Qualifications
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum one year of experience in a similar Executive Lounge or five-star hotel restaurant environment
- A passion for guest service and attention to detail
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A current RSA certification
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
- Demonstrate pride in presentation
- Have full working rights in Australia
