Job Description

Bonjour! Take the next step in Banquets, where grand events are delivered with precision, elegance, and impeccable service. As a Food & Beverage Team Leader, you will set the tone for seamless, five-star functions ensuring every event, from intimate gatherings to large-scale conferences, is executed flawlessly and memorably.

With a natural ability to lead, you guide the team through each event with confidence, coordinating service flow, room set-ups, and timings to ensure smooth and efficient delivery. You inspire and support your team, driving performance, engagement, and development while maintaining the highest standards throughout every stage of service.

You are detail-oriented and commercially aware, confidently promoting offerings and enhancing the guest experience through attentive service and thoughtful execution. From maintaining impeccable hygiene standards to overseeing presentation and operational flow, every element is managed with precision and professionalism.

Working within a collaborative and high-performing environment, you embody the art of French hospitality with a polished, adaptable, and “can-do” attitude, elevating each event into a sophisticated and unforgettable occasion.

Qualifications

You bring warmth, elegance, and a passion for delivering personalised, unforgettable guest experiences. Highly organised and polished, you communicate with confidence and anticipate every need with ease. With proven hospitality experience, you inspire your team, supporting their growth with guidance and encouragement. Your impeccable grooming and professional presence reflect the sophistication of luxury service.

You communicate with confidence and professionalism, hold a current RSA certification, and bring flexibility and reliability to a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
